Due to the nature of our products and our preorder model, all sales are final.

Once you place an order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at contact@hausofcovers.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Please note:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition for any resolution
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered
