How do pre-orders work?
When pre-orders open, you’ll be able to purchase items before they are officially released. This allows us to prepare inventory and ship your order as soon as production is complete.
When will my order ship?
Shipping timelines will be shared at checkout and in your confirmation email once pre-orders open.
We’ll also send email updates if there are any changes.
Is this a limited collection?
Passenger Princess™ is released in curated drops. Inventory is limited, and restocks are not guaranteed.

Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Pre-order items are final sale.
Once items are in stock, we accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.
