PRE-ORDERS

All pre-order purchases are final sale.

Because these items are produced specifically for pre-order customers, we are unable to accept cancellations, returns, or refunds once an order is placed.

 


RETURNS (IN-STOCK ITEMS ONLY)

We accept returns on in-stock items within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and unwashed

The item must be in original packaging

Proof of purchase is required

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

 

EXCHANGES

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. Approved returns will be issued as store credit.

 

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
